1. Can I reserve a special seat number?
We take note of your request and try to satisfy you, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee the reservation 100%. For various reasons and after many years of experience (program change on arrival / departure, rain, personal unforeseen circumstances, etc.), we reserve the right to change the place number, of course we guarantee another suitable and confortable accommodation.
2. Is it necessary to book?
Bookings are recommended, booking is of course free of charge. After receiving your booking request via mail or via our website, we ask for an advance deposit. After transferring the deposit, you will receive your bookingconfirmation by email. Print this confirmation and show it on arrival at the reception. The advance deposit will be deducted from the final invoice at the end of the holiday.
3. Can I change the booking / period of stay?
We will do our best to satisfy your requests. Of course, we must also consider requests from other guests. Please inform the reception immediately when you change your planned holiday and not just at the last minute. Changes on the day before departure or early departure in case of rain will be taken into account according to the circumstances.
4. At what time do I have to leave?
We have considered that the camping pitches must be left by 12 AM, whereas the holiday village units must be vacated by 10 Am because the final cleaning needs some time. If scheduled arrivals situation allowing, you can also leave later, without additional costs. The late check out requires of course a prior authorization of the reception.
5. Up to can I acess the campsite?
We are organized to allow you to access the campsite up to 23.00 pm. Even if you are on the road, not booked customer, you need just a night stay, do not be afraid, seek to the night watchman at the entrance, who will show you the free places, or turn to the restaurant.
6. How does the check-in work?
Registration of guests is mandatory and also important for your and our security. So no one can access without logging in. In order to avoid unnecessary queues or waiting times at the reception, we recommend that only one person of the group (the group leader) presents himself at the reception, with all IDs on hand and the bookingscode.
7. Can I host my friends / relatives?
Visitors of our guests are welcome, but they, as everyone else, must register at the reception. Short visits are free. Longer stays such as overnight stays and / or access to the swimming pool must be paid for.
8. Can you grill?
If you keep the necessary safety distance and don’t cover your neighbors with too much smoke, you can of course grill at the campsite.
9. Can I bring along pets?
Our four-legged friends are welcome. You must only walk the dog outside the campsite for their “needs”, check out that our little friend not disturb the neighbors by barking and However must always be under control by the owner (on a leash).
10. Are there any extra costs that I have to consider with?
No, our prices are clear and transparent. Our tariffs are all-inclusive and concern a certain number of people who can use all of the campsite’s facilities. (Check on our pricelist how many people are included in your offer). Only the tourist tax (0.60 eur per person / night) is addicional. We can correctly calculate this small municipal fee only after we know how many nights you have actually made.
11. Can I get discounts?
Of course! At camping del sole your holiday is already affordable, but you can still save! If you are sure you will not miss the appointment with your longed-for holidays, by the option Non-Refundable-Offer you can pay for the entire stay with an immediate 10% discount on the total.
